The rooms were tidy and immaculate, and the bathroom was spotless with a bathtub. It was in a convenient location close to Resurrection Church. - the provided service was very good. - Everything was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful and very amiable.

I had an EXCELLENT experience here, everything was perfect, the location was excellent really close to Dusseldorf's. I appreciated quite room with an excellent bathroom. Enjoyed watching inner courtyard from the window.

I surely enjoyed my stay at this very well designed hotel. It has a very good location, stands on a beautiful street close to the city center and just on the corner from a tram stop. My room was very cozy and nicely designed. Room as well as hallways looked very newly decorated. Breakfast was very nice and staff was very helpful. You can surely feel that hotel has a very nice atmosphere around it. There was a great restaurant very close by. Hotel owner gave me a metro card and great recommendation where to go. I will deficiently stay at Hotel Arosa if I go back to Duesseldorf and recommend it to others!

The exterior of the hotel is not as nice as the place inside and might give a wrong impression, but inside it very cozy, colorful and tasteful.

The owners and staffs in the hotel were all very nice to me. When I first arrived in the early morning on check-in day, I was very tired but was offered a warm breakfast. The free wireless service was also very nice. I could check emails every night and watch movies through internet.

Not a big issue, but I suggest to subscribe HBO or English movie channels. For non-Germany speaker like me, the TV was boring to me.

The rooms here are clean and organized, with nice beds that are pushed together, and they offer a good deal. 🌟

Perfect ! Breakfast with various choice, just next by the S-Bahn station, Owner speaks gluent English , Kind staff provides weekend transportation and city sightseeing guide, clean and comfortable room with lovely design ! What can be complaint ??!

Super nice people and very clean and cute

First of all the decoration of the rooms was a shock. Red everything red. Carpet, bed, walls etc. Even if it is clean, you dont get the feeling. The reception was not occupied all times. It is not a comfort hotel.

The staff were amicable and extremely helpful. the location in a very nice area was perfectly comfortable and ideal. There were a bakery and shops nearby. the facilities in my double room - like central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels - were great.

The convenience of public transport about 50m from hotel. Warm, friendly personality and promp feedback from owner, Robert before arrival. Staff really helpfull. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, nice room, beds, ect. Nice restaurant nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
